Products
Original artworks are offered on the website.
The pictures and colors of artworks offered for sale on the website may not exactly correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser, the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Availability of products at the time of your order can be different from what is displayed on www.polinabrottier.com site due to stock running out or for any other reason. If we cannot deliver the ordered products In such cases we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible but no later than
3 working days, and the money paid will be sent back at the same time.
The offer of products is limited to the provided list of countries in which we have undertaken to deliver. 

Prices
All prices in www.polinarbottier.com are expressed in Euro.
We have the right to change prices of the products at any time. You must check the final sale price before sending/confirming the order form on the website.
Please note – International orders may be subject to custom tax or other taxes. Please check custom charges of your country before placing your order.
You can choose one of following methods of payment to pay the price of the products and the shipping costs:

Shipping
When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track it.
Shipping is made with the following couriers : DHL, GLS, PPL, Fedex, TNT, EMS.
Until the goods have arrived, Polina Brottier Art OÜ and the shipping company are responsible for the ordered item(s) to arrive safely. It is extremely important for the buyer to check right upon the arrival of package if any damage has been made. If so, the buyer should note the delivery man. The online store and the shipping company can only be responsible for the issues that occur during the travel.
Paintings and drawings are shipped all over the world. However, if you live outside The European Union and outside The United States Of America, the sending will be discussed via email or on phone, because additional costs may apply, regarding to the size of the painting you choose and depending on where exactly you want the purchase to be delivered.
Within Estonia, the cost of shipping a painting or several paintings is 20.- euros from door to door. Within The European Union and The United States Of America, we charge the approximate fee of 40-150 euros for sending paintings safely from door to door.
If you order a work on paper or several, the cost of sending within Estonia is 10.- euros and within The European Union and The United States Of America, 20.- euros.
The delivery of products ordered from www.polinabrottier.com can take from 7 to 14 working days or even more in certain instances from date of confirmed order, depending on delivery destination.
Each shipment can be monitored online by tracking code directly on the website of the courier.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and
will be added to your order, where applicable.

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
